FAQs

What ages is Wild 'Uns suitable for?

The play room is for children aged 0-6years. We may have other sessions on for certain aged children, keep your eyes peeled.

Is there any parking?

We have a small car park to the front of our building just off the main road, however, this is a shared car park and there is plenty of parking on the roads surrounding us.

Do you offer any discounts?

We do! We offer an extra child discount for any additional child attending the same session as a fully paying child. We also offer a free space for any child under 3 months attending with a fully paid child.

Can I leave my child in your care?

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (16+) at all times, children over the age of 18 months may be left within the play space at the responsible adults discretion. Wild 'Uns are not responsible for any child.

What should my child wear?

We recommend comfy clothing as we like to be active and doing lots of movements so nothing too restricting. We ask you to take off your shoes and SOCKS ARE A MUST.

Where can i put my pram?

We have an upstairs room so we know this can be difficult with prams. If you don't have to bring a pram then this would be best, however, we do have a small amount of space within our room and a plan to have pram storage outside.

What if i need help with the stairs?

If you require any help with the steps whether it be with your pram or helping to carry your belongings, we have a door bell at the bottom of the steps, give it a press and a staff member will be there to help shortly.
